FALL EQUINOX

Ah, Fall. This is my favorite time of the year!

So as we enter this beautiful time of year, I wanted to take a few moments to consider what the fall equinox means. It is the equilibrium of day and night and this represents the light and darkness in our lives. The long summer nights have passed and we are now in a season of transition. It is also the time of year when the trees shed their leaves

So we can learn from the fall equinox and embrace transition while shedding those things that no longer serve us.
