Goddess Great Smoothie

Time Required: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
1 or 2 cup(s) of mangos
1 or 2 cup(s) of pineapples 
1/2 cup of Spinach or Kale
1/2 cup of Oatmilk 
1/2 cup of yogurt (plain or your choice)
1 or 2 cup(s) of ice
1 teaspoon of flaxseed 
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
Preparation:
1. Combine 1 cup of Kale or Spinach, 1 or 2 cups of Mangos, 1 or 2 cups of Pineapple, 1/2 cup of Oatmilk, 1/2 cup of yogurt (plain or your choice), 1 or 2 cups of ice, 1 teaspoon of chia seeds, and 1/2 cup of flaxseed
2. Combine ingredients in a blender until smooth
3.Pour into your favorite glass, add toppings granola and your favorite fruit.
Then Relax, Sip, and Enjoy!

Orange Delight Smoothie

Time Required: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
Liquids:
½ cup of Carrot Turmeric and Lemon Juice (Trader Joe’s)
1 cup of Coconut Water
½ cup of Oat Milk
1 cup of ice
Smoothie:
½ cup of shredded carrots
1 cup of pineapples
½ cup of Noosa Pumpkin Greek Yogurt
½ tbsp fresh ginger peeled or not peeled
1 tbsp of pumpkin spice
1 tbsp pure vanilla
½  tbsp of Chia and or Flax Seed
1 tsp of honey (optional)
Preparation:
1. Combine Smoothie ingredients shredded carrots, pineapples, Noosa Pumpkin Greek yogurt, ginger, pumpkin spice, vanilla, chia and or flax seed, and honey optional.
2. Transfer liquids Carrot Tumeric Juice, Coconut water, and Oat milk.
3. To the blender add smoothie ingredients and pulse, and blend on high until creamy and smooth. If needed add more carrot juice, oat milk, or coconut water if it has trouble blending.
4. Taste and adjust flavors as needed, adding more yogurt or pineapple for
sweetness, ginger for bite, and pumpkin spice for warmth.
5. Serve in a chilled glass, garnish with granola and blueberries or choice of fruit.
Enjoy this super Orange Delight that will ignite your taste buds!

Vanilla Chai Tea Smoothie

Time Required: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
½ cup chai tea
½ cup oat milk
1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
½ cup Greek Blueberry yogurt
1 banana, sliced optional
1 cup blueberry
2 cups ice

sliced almond, for serving
 
Preparation:
1. Add the chai tea, oat milk, protein powder, Greek Blueberry yogurt, banana optional, blueberries, and ice to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Serve in a glass topped with sliced almonds, granola, or any fruit.
 
Side note
Continue to add ingredients to taste or blended smoothly.

Ingredients:
 1 cup of Mango

1/2 cup of kale
1 teaspoon of vanilla

1/2 cup of Oat Milk
1/2 cup of coconut water
a sprinkle of chia and flaxseed, with ice.

Mango on the Go Smoothie

Preparation:
1. Add mango, pineapples, turmeric, ginger, kale, vanilla, honey, Oat Milk, coconut water, a sprinkle of chia and flaxseed, with ice.
2. Blend until smooth
3. Serve in a glass topped with choice of granola, blueberry, and raspberry

Side note
Continue to add ingredients to taste or blended smoothly.

Time Required: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
 1 organic package of Acai berry packet
1/2 cup of spinach 
1/2 cup of raw beet
1/2 cup of Blueberry Greek Yogurt 
1/2 cup of Oatmilk
1/4 cup of lemon
1/4 of green apple
1 teaspoon of chia and flaxseed

A Very Berry Beet Smoothie

Preparation:
 1. Add Acai berry, spinach or kale, beet, blueberry yogurt, lemon, green apple, chia and flaxseed, and 1 cup of ice into the blender
2. Blend until smooth
3. Serve in a glass topped with granola and kiwi dices
Side note
Continue to add ingredients to taste or blended smoothly.
