Smiling More in 2021!

Updated: Dec 31, 2020

Smile. No matter who you are, a smile can affect a good feeling inside and out. In Fact take five seconds to smile.

According to Bright Spring Health Services, smiling more often, regardless of your mood, can improve your health and even help you live longer. What can a smile do? Smiles release a positive mood, increasing chemicals in the brain called endorphins, and release stress-enhancing dopamine, cortisol, and adrenaline.

Smiles are contagious and can bring a smile to the faces of other people. During an ultrasound, a babies’ smile can be seen while asleep in the mother’s womb? Yes, that’s amazing and smiling is a trait of happy expression from the beginning of life.

It's interesting we smile much more as kids than as adults. From childhood to adulthood, smiling changes overtime perhaps of life’s circumstances. However, we need to regain our smiles again, because we deserve to be happy. Smile.

Simply put for 2021, Smile more and stress less.
